The Venetia Williams trained horse Gemirande is likely to go off favourite but her yard is not firing as it usually is at this time of the year, in contract Henry Daly, who only has a small yard, is operating at a 30% strike rate over the last 2 months, hence I was surprised to see our selection at this price.

Tahmuras, this French bred for Paul Nicholls is a bigger price than expected due to the other French bred fancy, for Gary Moore, Authorised Speed. In what looks a match, preference is for the Ditcheat stable. The 4-timer is very much on today and a positive front running ride from Cobden should be expected, trainer and jockey having a 25% strike rate at the course over Hurdles.
