Newmarket today, July course.

The Hannon horse is the pick of the bunch, with the Royal Ascot second behind Bradsell a solid piece of form on the eye and on the clock.

Little Big Bear is the obvious threat. No single bet but we will double Persian Force with another later in the card.

Khanjar is the right favourite in this race. Incredibly well weighted, carrying nearly 10lbs less than when last seen, successfully at Ripon. William Haggis and the in the news, Jim Crowley when combining at Newmarket on the July course have a 25%+ strike rate.

1525 – Mostahdaf should get the better of Yibir.

Treble with Persian Force, Khanjar 28/1 1pt ew

1610 – Albahr for Buick and Appleby and the Godolphin boys in blue is the choice, going for the 4 timer and not seen since last season, which may factor in the price but on my tissue we are getting double what I priced the race at.

Appleby is a master at bringing one back after a long lay off , operating at nearly a 30% strike rate, Buick loves it here as well; expect a big run.
