Morning all, a day where not much went right I am afraid, pipped on the line in the opener which set the tone for a day that meant we gave some back to the bookies. It happens and of course over a period we are well in profit.
Furthermore, the British weather ahead of England v Scotland this evening has served us a treat, with the Clerk of the Course at Ascot confirming their is a risk to racing. I will therefore be sitting this out today and likely tomorrow.
I will be back next week with a full update to the P&L and analysis ahead of the racing towards the back end of next week.
